As we farewell 2018 – we would like to say a BIG thank you to all our practice members for another wonderful year. We have enjoyed hearing about your holidays, your families and all your achievements this year. Thank you for your ongoing support and trusting us with your health.

We would like to begin 2019 with a giving back event.

Bringa & Delvena Women’s & Children’s Refuge is a not for profit community based service for women, children and vulnerable families. They provide crisis accommodation to women and children who have experienced domestic violence.

Bringa Women’s & Children’s Refuge services the Northern Beaches and Delvena Women’s & Children’s refuge services the Lower North shore area.

They provide holistic, integrated services and advocacy for women and children. They work in partnership with women to help them move forward and live independently - free from violence and abuse.

Domestic violence is a major public health issue. Women and children who have experienced domestic violence face various multi faceted and complex issues that require a specialist response from qualified and experienced professionals.

This refuge works from a social justice approach to ensure women and children have opportunities, safety, skills and support to ensure they can actively participate socially, economically and in community life.

Bringa & Delvena Women’s & Children’s Refuge would appreciate your financial or voucher donations. This allows mothers to purchase items of their own choosing such as baby needs, schooling needs & clothing for themselves and their children. As these families usually arrive at the refuge with nothing.

**Mark and Julie are donating their Chiropractic services to help Delvena Women’s & Children’s Refuge on Tuesday, 15th of January 8:30am – 12pm and Wednesday, 23rd of January 7am – 11am. We ask you to bring a Coles Myer Gift card in exchange for your adjustment.

With your generous gift card donations we can help Delvena Women’s & Children’s Refuge continue to provide ongoing safe, affordable housing for women and children in need.
